My order is taking a long time!! -Click here

Hello! I want to first apologize for the delay in your order. Matriarch Medicines has always been an herbal apothecary rooted in grounded and calm energy. We are a very small team, which allow me to keep my prices as low as possible, but occasionally my videos go viral and we get influxes of orders that make fufillment take a long time.

I am doing what I can to keep quality high and costs low so to hire more team members would be to raise prices. Please understand your order is not forgotten and if we do not respond via email, message or comment on any social media post or account of ours and Leslie will find your order.

As of 10/28, we are at a 14 day processing time frame.

Thank you for your patience and i hope your find all the healing you need!

With Love,

Leslie

Owner & Master Herbalist of Matriarch Medicines
